The following list is our line of exquisite “Real Texas”
beers - handcrafted in the legendary tradition of the World Famous Big Texan Ranch. We describe them as well as possible with most descriptions coming from guests such as you. Some we put the way we see and taste it. The best way is to try them and learn to appreciate the different kinds that are brewed and develop your favorite. Get a sample of 4, 8, or even all of our beers and see for yourself the difference.

1. JACK RABBIT RED

Big caramel flavor, lots of beer hop character without the bitterness. Dry hopped with Simcoe hops gives this beer great hop aroma. 5.0 ABV – 19 IBU

2. WHOOP YOUR DONKEY

Double IPA (IIPA) strong Imperial. Simcoe Triple dry hopped with a malty backbone. This one has it all for us hop-heads. 9.1 ABV – 80 IBU

3. MÄRZEN (Oktoberfest) LAGER

This style is characterized by a medium to full body, with a malty flavour. Nobel hops provide a clean dry finish with low bitterness.  6.1 ABV – 20.3 IBU

4. HONEY BLONDE ALE

On the pour expect a lightly hazy golden color on this American style blonde ale.  Amarillo hops give this honey malted beer an excellent expression of hops flavor without reaching the bitterness of an IPA.  A delicate bodied golden ale.  Hints of honey and moderately hopped with famous Amarillo hops.  5.75 ABV - 23 IBU

5. PALO DURO PALE ALE

Smooth and creamy.  Lightly toasted malts balanced by Amarillo Gold and German Hallertauer hops.  Always a favorite!

4.75 ABV – 13 IBU

 6. TEXAS RED AMBER ALE

Cowboys and cowgirls alike will enjoy this light and refreshing brew!  Bready Malts with caramel undertones are enhanced by Crystal hops.  4.5 ABV – 15 IBU

7. PECAN PORTER

Dark ale dominated by the rich malty aroma of pecans. Light notes of chocolate, molasses and brown sugar.  Northern brewer, Williamette, and Hallertuer hops provide a moderately spice earthy component.  4.5 ABV – 28 IBU

8. RATTLESNAKE IPA

Light copper color.  It's all here.  The hop flavors are complex citric, piney, herbal, floral and integrates well with the carmel malt and residual sweetness that provides the backbone for this extensively dry hopped brew.  7.2 ABV – 66 IBU

9. APRICOT WHEAT

Blends various barley malts with malted wheat and natural Apricot essence to create an original-tasting beer with a clean, fruit nose. 4.9ABV – 21 IBU

10. RASPBERRY WHEAT

This is a refreshing wheat beer that has a hint of raspberry. A real summertime favorite.   5.1 ABV – 22 IBU

11. WHISKEY BARREL STOUT

As big as the State of Texas, this stout is brewed with roasted barley and oatmeal for a rich creamy texture then aged in oak with bourbon to impart a woody/bourbon flavor.  This is a true sipping beer.  9.22 ABV – 26 IBU
